Thank you for your interest in my services. I am Julia Jordan, marketing enthusiast, data maverick and operations savant!
I am known as a visionary problem-solver, a think outside the box creator, and innovative tactician in the fields of business development and marketing. I've been the driving force behind various business development corporations, advocating for businesses and helping them prosper and grow over the span of my career. I am a former C-level executive, CEO, turned strategy and operations analyst. This is what lead to my Current role as a freelance, start-up and growth phase, active fractional C.M.O. and C.O.O. and occasionally ghost writer for books and publications on business subject matter in the real estate and trades space.
I have found through my experience there are four things every thriving company needs: Leadership with a vision of the future, operations and systems and a holistic-omni-channel marketing strategy. With these in place, with the right team, anything is possible.
Here's what makes me tick: Strategy isn't just a job for me; it's my calling. I have found that most company "issues" are not people problems, they are missing effective and needed operations and systems to create an environment for the team to grow which creates an inclusive work culture.
I am a feedback fiend, not only receiving it but also giving it back for the greater good of the cause and the person. Feedback is a valuable tool that promotes growth.
I enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems. I thrive working autonomously and remotely, and I've been doing so for the past seven years. I am a performance driven person, I relish competition and view challenges and breakdowns as stepping stones to growth and opportunities.
My secret weapon is my obsession with data. I've built tracking systems that dissect every aspect of operations; ROI, performance, and year-to-date analysis. My mantra is “the data never lies.” Operations and systems are both an art and a science, and with the right data, you can make intuitive decisions to pivot where needed to follow the money and impact results. I am also adept at setting up and managing annual and quarterly plans and annual budgets to stay on KPI for companies in excess of $50M.

I am also a seasoned Marketing Strategist with over a decade of experience producing advertising for brands and companies utilizing traditional media methods in tandem with modern digital campaigns to maximize business exposure and reach. Paid media specialist for Meta, Google and Linkedin.
