I remember the very first time I heard the words “Fractional C.M.O. I thought ugggh! Why would I want to be a “fractional” anything? But, I soon realized this is what I had been looking for, for many years! The ability to help various start-ups and companies in the growth phase without being tied down to just one. It is like a consultant on STEROIDS! Zipping around with my laptop of tools, systems, and organization techniques paired with a drive of over 30 years of templates I have created throughout my career. Although every strategy for every company is different and I customize, I have rarely come across a company that I could not just adjust what I have built and plug and play for the next with some modifications. Working with start-up companies as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) is exhilarating!
